I am a shared carer filling this in on behalf of the person I support. She is very happy with the support received from Nick. She has been able to find ways to cope with an incredibly traumatic experience that happened to her. She reports being much happier and confident in herself and is engaging in more activities. I myself am happy with how Nick involved me in the work so I know how to help the person when they become upset.
The only thing that I would change is the length of time I had to wait to get a service - it was over a year. Nick advised me that the psychology team went through a lot of changes and this is why it was so long. I just would have liked to have been kept informed about what was going on and why there was such a delay.
