No hot water for showers, leaking toilet pan, windows cannot be opened or closed .All these problems are reported but no action taken. Staff work to the best of their ability but this environment if totally unsuitable for elderly people. Victoria Ward is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and should be closed and all elderly patients should be moved to the new hospital.
