I spent a month on Ward 44, having been taken in with acute kidney failure. Every single member of staff was professional, caring, and made me feel safe and cared for. I had a number of scans, and was accompanied by a friendly nurse, who made sure I was informed and comfortable. The staff conducting the scans were without fail friendly, and capable, keeping any waiting to a very bare minimum. My room was constantly cleaned; and the food was excellent, really really good.
This ward, with it's top class staff work so hard, are professional always, yet they have a way of making you feel at home, and that nothing is too much trouble for them.
.An exceptional experience, and a big thank you to all who looked after me.
