I could not fault the team in any way. They were friendly, informative and caring at all times. I really felt I was an individual, not just another client, as they listened and displayed genuine concern for my whole well-being every step of the way. They gave clear and concise facts and instructions so I felt safe in their hands. The premises were spotless and the coffee was great. I have already recommended the centre to someone, as I have complete faith in the staff and their proceedings. The centre had a good atmosphere - welcoming and relaxed. The whole team were professional with a good and appropriate sense of humour. As for my varicose veins, I was surprised how much improvement there was right from the start, when taking off my stocking. Amazing!
