I cannot fault anything. Sarah was brilliant with me from the initial consultation and all the way through my treatments. Everything was explained in detail, there was no pressure and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process - and I am delighted with the results. I was wary initially due to a bad experience with a different company several years ago - but I needn't have worried. I was made to feel so welcome by all the staff, and would happily recommend the Poole clinic to anyone.
