Had a vein done on one leg, at the Chipping Norton clinic. The staff were wonderful from the beginning, ultrasound showed what had to be done, quick appointment to get the leg treated. Everything was explained on each step, pain for me was slightly uncomfortable which was expected, post treatment was explained fully and any problems that might occur always someone at the end of the phone.
Post treatment follow up was very satisfactory and l was 100% satisfied with my treatment. Would have no problem recommending anyone to have it done, highly praise all the staff they were wonderful. Regards Paula

Excellent care and professionalism shown by Dr Bratby and the whole team at Chipping Norton veincentre. Made me feel at total ease and involved.
Follow up was superb and would highly recommend the veincentre at Chipping Norton.
Easy parking directly outside and concise instructions in aftercare sent to me.

I had mixed feelings about going to the vein Centre but found that once i was there everyone was really kind and helpful.
The process was fully explained to me at the beginning and throughout the process.
The staff were very helpful and explained everything.
I received emails on the process carried out along with aftercare no's and don'ts.
So would recommend to family and friends.

I felt completely cared for and focused on. The doctor and nurse both gave me their full attention and time and I was very relaxed because of this.

Dr Suzie Anthony and the wonderful nurse were both amazing. I cannot fault the service at all from the friendly receptionist to the nurse putting me at ease and the superb treatment from Suzie. My veins have completely gone and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend them.
