I have had varicose veins all my life and the nhs wouldn’t even look at them, the first time they did was when I had a bad case of phlebitis. After this I decided enough was enough and started looking at private care. The veincentre nottingham came with glowing reviews, I decided to book a consultation. I met with dr mark regi who was absolutely fantastic, he reassured me and on the short walk back to the car I decided I would go ahead with the evla and foam treatment he recommended. The procedure didn’t hurt at all during or after that day. However I was quite sore the following week or so and I couldn’t bend my legs very well, but I did go straight back to work. You really can get back to normal the next day. My whole experience was fantastic and if you are considering using the Veincentre just do it. I’m still in recovery after 6 weeks but my pain has gone and my legs look great! 10/10 fantastic

All I can say is Brilliant. I had successful laser treatment on my legs 5 years ago and recently went in for a foam sclerotherapy injections for some thread and smaller veins. It has been life changing for me and worth every penny. Dr Regi saw me on both times and was kind, and professional and thorough on both occasions I am a needle phobe so nearly didn’t go through with it but am so glad that I did, role on spring as it will be legs out time for me from April til September after 10 years of keeping them covered up!

I have to say before I went private I was a little reluctant to fork out for something that I believe should be done more often on the nhs but after finally deciding I couldn’t handle the constant ache and pains I’d been having in my calf for 8 years I took the plunge and contacted the vein centre . From the first phone call I was spoke to professionally and always felt like who ever contacted me actually cared about the pain I was in and finding a way of getting to the route of the problem . Dr regi was brilliant and after reading up about the pain and side affects that can occur I’m glad I can sit here writing this to tell you that there was barely any pain whatsoever and the following weekday I was back at work . Fingers crossed my legs don’t fail on me again but if they do I won’t hesitate this time to contact the centre straight away .

Great care from start to finish. Dr Regi explained the treatment the whole way through and was just genuinely really nice and easy to talk to which made the whole treatment a positive one. Everyone I spoke to a head office were also very kind and helpful.

My doctor mr Duncan drury was very good. He was polite, professional and easy to talk to. He explained my procedure to me very well. And I only felt a little jab when the needle was inserted. But can honestly say it didn’t hurt at all. In fact you could say it’s much more pain free then going to the dentist. I would definitely recommend him or any of the staff at the Veincentre Nottingham to my friends, family or anyone who wants their veins sorting.
