Mike Delbridge (Vascular Consultant) and Jess (Nurse) were extremely professional and knowledgeable whilst at the same time friendly and approachable. Olivia (receptionist) was also lovely.

I can’t speak highly enough about the staff and how comfortable I felt with the treatment. It was something I wasn’t sure about and from the first time I went I felt totally at ease. Would recommend to anyone

Maybe some calming background sounds… and a diffuser with calming essential oils would be good…. To be fair all I wanted to do was get out as soon as possible, so that was good as Wissam was extremely efficient.

The whole experience from start to finish was very good.
All the staff from front of house to the clinical staff were very professional and friendly.
I am very pleased with the results and would certainly recommend this team
If they want to have their varicose veins treated .

I was made to feel very welcomed and Mike Delbridge went through all the options with myself, he made me feel very at ease , I’m more than happy with the results since I have had my procedure , really good aftercare as well.

The whole experience and team at Norwich Veincentre were brilliant! From initial engagement to understand options, and prices, through to my final appointment. Mr Mike Delbridge, Jessica Stocking and the reception team (I’m so sorry, I didn’t catch your name - you were always very welcoming!) were engaging, easy going and open to all my queries, filling me with confidence each step of the journey. I was made to feel comfortable at all times and found the procedure fascinating to watch and the outcome is great - I no longer have the discomfort, heaviness, feel to massage etc and it’s obviously aesthetically nicer now too :)

I am delighted with the treatment I have received. Veins have been completely removed.
Initially after the treatment for a week it was quite uncomfortable but very quickly I recovered.
The consultant and nurse were very professional and put me completely at ease explaining everything that was happening .
