My experience with the veincentre couldn't have been better. I was quite apprehensive prior to my appointment but couldn't have been made more comfortable thanks to Dr.Diwaker and Julie. They made me feel at ease within a few minutes of my first appointment. During my consultation Dr.Diwaker explained everything in detail and talked me through treatment options and recommendations. I felt no pressure at all to follow these recommendations and personally wanted to get started straight away, at this point we were told that we had to take some time and read through all the material to make sure that I was happy to proceed with the treatments. (I think this was at least a few hours). I am glad we had this time, I was able to read through everything and make sure that I was happy and making the right decision. Returning a few hours later I had EVLA, Foam Sclerotherapy in both legs and Avulsions in one leg. As had happened in the consultation I was talked through each stage of the procedure, I felt mild discomfort during the administration of the anaesthesia but both Dr.Diwaker and Julie were very attentive throughout. I was talked through my aftercare and recovery, and given all the relevant information and a follow up appointment was arranged. When I returned for my follow up appointment I was so excited to show Dr.Diwaker and Julie my legs, after being incredibly self conscious and uncomfortable for years, I couldn't have been happier with the results. At this point, Dr.Diwaker recommended a top up of Foam Sclerotherapy in one of my legs and did this there and then. I am still so happy with the results and more comfortable than I have been in a long time. Overall I could not recommend the veincentre enough especially Dr.Diwaker and Julie, who gave me the warmest welcome, instantaneously feeling at ease and all together pleasant experience. Fantastic team and genuinely nice people!
