It has been a good experience; welcoming and pleasant. Both doctor and nurse were informative and reassuring. The atmosphere is relaxed but there is expertise and experience. I have awarded 4 stars rather than 5 for first question as the location of the centre just seems odd and could be offputting, my treatment is only just completed and I hope it will be a success
