Outstanding care from specialist urology nurse Jackie P today. I was very apprehensive and uncertain about the proposed treatment but Jackie quickly put me at ease, took time to explain everything in such a kind and caring way which gave me confidence. Her kindness and calm approach helped me to successfully manage the treatment on my own - thank you!
Suggested improvements
Nothing, all was very well organised and professional. I now know what to do, what to expect in regards to supplies, support and follow up. Truly excellent service, thank you.
