Said there was nothing they could do for me and do my exercises I’ve been given.

Treated me, give me a foot massage, tried hydrotherapy. Just try something, but they said we can’t do anything for you.

Staff performed every aspect of care with compassion empathy and respect ,which was immensely reassuring to me I’m partially disabled.They arranged for me to attend outpatient cancer and orthopaedic appointments elsewhere, including a pre requisite ongoing blood test Many thanks to all staff at Upton
