Overall a quality service. There were a couple of shortfalls, but that was because we were so busy I didn’t get the opportunity to ask further questions ( actually only remembered after the session, so must ask during the next session)

Suggested improvements
For physio exercise classes if from one week to another there is a change of staff to take the session, then ‘fully’ informing the therapist of procedures followed the week before would aid consistency.
