I have been referred for my back and this physio has been a total waste of time! I attend to be given a few exercises and told to come in 3/4 weeks!! I have had private physio in the past and they get their hands on you and actually do something, the physio does nothing to my back jus demonstrates exercises ans says come back! I can youtube this much info myself! Not pleased at all, still in the same pain as before!

Actually give the patient some physiotherapy instead of sittin on a chair and be shown exercises ans told to go home and do them! Should not have to pay privately to get some proper physiotherapy!!
