It was easy to book an appointment online for the same day. I was greeted with a friendly welcome upon arrival. Information about the appointment and how to carry out taking of samples was clear. The adviser was efficient, friendly, helpful and informative. Overall, my visit was a really good experience. I didn't have to wait to be seen. My attendance in the Garden Clinic was less than half an hour. My test results have been texted to me within 3 working days.

One of the toilet cubicles has an ill-fitted door or a missing door frame, as you can clearly see into and out of the cubicle!
