The staff are too busy having their own gossip sessions to actually care for patients.
I am 10 weeks pregnant and went to wexham due to sever pain.
I was told to provide a urine sample which I was left holding for 2.5 hours.
I’m assuming I was supposed to test it myself clearly!
Every time I tried to speak to someone
They were not interested.
It was not even a busy day!
The staff just do not care!
No one is interested in actually carrying out their jobs.
The lady that did my bloods was so harsh she hurt me more than necessary! I’m severely bruised.
Suggested improvements
Employ staff that understand their role and the duty of care that is required with it!
