The system where by you now book and arrive. Seems to work better than the free for all you had prior to Covid. The staff now get to interact with patients much more which makes you feel like a person rather than a statistic

Suggested improvements
You did really well. The staff working when I came were fantastic, from [name removed] at Reception,to [name removed] in the "blood room" I can't spell phlebotomy. And a special thank you to [name removed] the young trainee who performed well under pressure, when trying to take blood
