I am very happy the palliative care is very good. Look after me, they are listening, patient, they are always back for review and ask how I feel. Very very thankful to them.

I have not scored because it is too soon to commit to ongoing care.
I think an earlier referral to the team would have helped at the inaugural meeting today I was enormously reassured and encouraged by the care, thoughtfulness support shown.
