It took 2 days before Palliative care team attended my mother. I appreciated that that is relatively quick but no one else was doing anything to relieve my mothers symptoms.
Once the team attended - service was excellent and my mother had faith in what they were doing.
Follow up support at home - by the team was unexpected. (By phone)
