The midwives were always on hand when I needed them, they supported me throughout the whole labour process and had a very lovely caring attitude. They were also very friendly and interested.

The staff's pleasant & helpful demeanour and their air of efficiency. The communication between various sectors and the hierarchy could be improved. The discharge procedures is ridiculously slow.
