Deborah (nurse practitioner) was extremely helpful, positive, funny and caring.
The X-ray department was quick and efficient.
I was lucky that an Orthopaedic surgeon was on duty.
Overall, a good experience.

The original booking system was faulty - I first came when no clinic was arranged.
Formal complaint in process.
But staff and treatment today excellent, and this appointment was made to 'make up' for mistake last week.
Parking to pricey.
