Fracture Clinic. The receptionists, nurses and doctors could not have been more courteous, dignified and helpful. Totally professional service throughout my visits. The only negative was my 3 hour wait for transfer to North Tees for an operation on a broken ankle with no painkillers at the start of my treatment. Every subsequent visit after that has been a pleasant experience, treated by truly friendly and professional staff . On each visit there was a 30 minute delay expected yet I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time on each occasion .
