Tracey was absolutely lovely, feeling a bit nervous, she made me feel at ease and comfortable. Explained everything to me and did not rush me at all. Tracey came across as very caring and passionate about her role. I don't feel there was any improvement needed as the care I received today was nothing but outstanding.
