Very treated with respect by caring, friendly staff. Staff always had time for me, not rushing. It was like staying in a first class hotel-excellent room, wonderful food and service. A wonderful place that has lifted my spirits tremendously, thank you.
Suggested improvements
Better TV with easier remote control to help find required channels (no number in remote) if possible.

Oliver stayed at Brian House for 2 nights last week.
The staff book great care of him and changed how they look after him due to him recently being registered blind. They were very sympathetic to us parents saying they would assist us where possible. Oliver's stay enabled mum to catch up with household jobs and get some sleep.
