Visited Dr. Chellappah on my first visit to BMI Three Shires. The atmosohere was really calm and friendly. Followed up for surgery at NGH. The care at Northampton General Hospital hospital was good considering the circumstanses of the NHS but maybe there should be support and teamwork between post operative recovery unit and the ward
Also some nurses and catering staff might need some more training with regards to equality, care, patience and empathy.
