As a self funded patient I think your consultants shoukdknow the correct prices for treatment. Before procedure the department did update me on pricing. I wasnot happy after that blue circle group then sent me a larger bill. I emailed to query the bill and automatic email reply said I would be contacted 5 working days. I was never contacted and no one called or emailed to apologise for the error which I don't feel is good enough
