All of the staff at this hospital are very professional, caring and helpful. The hospital was clean, tidy and very welcoming. My 10 year old daughter was looked after so well, I couldn't fault this hospital in anyway. I recommend this hospital to everyone.

Ive had 3 operations at the hosp everyone has been done with care and very good nursing staff All staff are very polite caring That includes the catering staff all the staff respected my privacy in the way they went about the daily duties
Hope I never need another op but wouldnt hesitate to go to Thornbury
On arrival Ive found the receptionist staff professional but friendly One visit was unplanned snd the staff helped arrange transport by taxi home Thankyou

Great experience. Not once during my stay or visiting as an out patient have I felt not important.

Going into the hospital was all good , went downhill after the operation
No medication
Arrangements made to send in taxi next day
All good but,,,, wasn’t sent home or able to get any eye ice mask (they had tan out) so had to wait 3 days while I could order them myself so ended up trying to balance ice on my sore eyes
Also gave me 1 tube of antibiotics eye drops to be using,, when I came to use this had been opened & previously used & quite a lot so had to get back in touch with their pharmacy who said do not use please throw away we will send out more
When you have paid for a service you expect to receive it, I got better from nhs

Even though I was there as an NHS patient for day surgery I wasn’t treated any differently from any other patient all staff were polite and answered any questions freely.I was given my own room and even offered a sandwich and cup of tea after surgery which was not prepacked and the tea was a teapot with a proper cup and saucer.
