The radiology customer service is absolutely terrible. I called to book an appointment as my insurance has told me I would need to give them a code and I would be able to book it over the phone. The women then told me I needed to send the referral letter and she would call me back. She’s didn’t. I called them back and she looked at the letter whilst I was on the phone and said it wasn’t what they needed, I asked her what they needed and I explained that is what the gp has put in the form I filled out from the insurance. I asked why this information wasn’t given to me when I consulted my gp initially, it’s been very long winded process, a lot of miscommunication and over all a really poor service. The lady on the phone was so rude and sarcastic and really unhelpful she should not be in her job as she clearly hates it! Would not recommend
