I cannot praise Amber Ward too highly. My father has been an inpatient for 7 months. After a very traumatic lead up to his admission, during which we felt badly let down by mental health services, we have seen our father cared for in Whiteleaf better than we dared hope. The physical environment is pleasant, well designed and soothing. On many visits I have seen my father and all other patients treated with love, respect, and sensitive intuition, no matter how challenging their behaviour. My father's drugs regime has been carefully monitored and adjusted. As a family we too have been welcomed, cared for and listened to. You cannot heal my father, but you have done a very great deal to heal his family. Many many thanks.
