Talking to the doctor was good.

Food is very poor Hardly any choice in the sandwiches. Repeats of dinners almost like left overs. Some of it is inedible. Not enough of good food.

Well, I did not feel pressured. Even though I took a bit of time to narrate a full picture of the incidents that posed traumatic in my life, they heard me out!

Being actively listened to and heard was amazing. Not only by staff but other members of the group too. The care shown by all in being delicate around situations that could be triggering was great but

Some sections were quite lengthy with information, which I personally found tricky to absorb at some points. However, it was all good reminders and knowledge to have which did promote a different way of thinking
