I had never been to The Runnymede before but was impressed by the friendly staff all the way through from reception to nurses who looked after me before, during and after my procedure. The facilities were comfortable and clean. I was offered drinks and snacks. The room was a little cool on arrival and a plug in radiator was produced from a cupboard in the room and was hot within minutes.
