The hospital & staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble for them & they looked after me really well. My room was nice, very clean & I felt very safe. My physiotherapist Matt is great, he is very professional & works really hard, he encourages & supports me to keep up the exercise regime which is tough but is paying off.

I came at midday and all stuff were happy to help, friendly and nice.
Room was clean and lovely.
Nurse which take me to the theatre was so trustworthy and friendly. Lovely smile and warm.
All experience was nice and warm.
From lady at the reception to cleaning lady.

I was really surprised by the lack of care at this hospital, especially after the surgery. I really felt left to my own devices to recover, to get up, get dressed, etc. I was not given enough information on what to do when I got home, on my medications, wound dressings, post-surgery stockings... I really felt that the staff was focused on getting me out the door. The operating surgeon and the team were great, but the lack of care by the hospital staff was astounding. Especially if compared to other private hospitals in the area.
