The attention and kindness of the nurses and staff make visiting the patient a lot less stressful and less intimidating than expected.
As a negative, I was disappointed that the league of friends are no longer opening the coffee shop, as they were always friendly and made our visits more enjoyable.

Found to need a blood transfusion and this was arranged for the following day. Appointments all on time. All staff very caring. No negatives.

Very sympathetic and respect. Though timing is not bad but it could be on time of appointment patients can save money in parking charges and endonsity. Also we all have other things to do so if appointment times are kept as given it would help.
