This center did not look after my brother with severe mental health issues. He managed to eventually run away. They clearly weren’t watching him as he rode horses bare back in a neighbouring field resulting in his falling over and hurting himself. My dad found him in the middle of the road in Woking. This center resulted in an even more deterioration of his mental health and I would NOT recommend. We are currently trying our best to get a refund for my brothers very short stay due to misconceived information being told he was in a secure unit being watched consistently, when evidently he wasn’t and needed better help.
