Having been seen at the Manor hospital,Nuffield Orthopaedic and the John Radcliffe all in Oxford,I have to say that all the facilities, staff and treatment were all very good indeed.
The Manor Hospital where Dr Cubbin holds a clinic was my first experience of private care. The customer care is excellent.
Very good.
A small (thankfully) but great hospital with wonderful staff and excellent facilities. I highly recommend this hospital.
My experience at the Manor Hospital was of a poor standard with many failings in my care.
A splendid hospital.
This is a lovely clean and friendly hospital - parking too!
Most of the nursing staff were excellent however one member of staff thought it funny I had severe pain in a sensitive area and made a joke about it. If that wasn't bad enough he diet administer appropriate pain relief as it involved donning gloves. Instead he gave paracetamol, which after having just come off PCA pump containing morphine was a joke and did nothing to control the pain. I ended up having to wait till the next shift change to get correct pain relief from another nurse.
I was always dread the idea of hospitals, but The Manor was quite a relaxing place and not what I expected. It looked immaculately clean and tidy everywhere. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, staff were great, so nothing to worry about, really!
Service was good
