I recently had a tummy tuck performed by Anna De Leo & could not be happier. 7 weeks in & though still swollen I’m already feeling so happy I had the op. I waited 10 years after huge weight loss to pluck up the courage & wish I’d been braver before. One of the main factors for me was Anna. When I first met her I thought she was very serious, not particularly with humour but put this down to her total professionalism. She painted a clear picture of the pros & cons and I was left in no doubt that this woman would make me look & feel great. On the day of the op, my first ever general anaesthetic, I was worried beyond belief but was put at ease by the staff at the Welbeck. It’s true what everyone says...one minute you’re talking, the next you wake up & it’s all over! I was lucky enough not to have huge amounts of pain though I think this varies from patient to patient. The corset for 6 weeks was hardgoing in the exceptional heat but I coped. I’m now back exercising & though still tender at times, I feel great. I would give my op & result 9/10 as nothing is perfect but Anna gets 10/10 in all areas. I really felt she took the job personally & was determined to give me the best result. Achieved in buckets & I’m very grateful.
