I underwent a breast augmentation with teardrop shaped implants with Mr Wallace in September 2018 and I cannot explain how positive my experience has been, from the first day I met Mr Wallace and his team I have had exceptional care throughout the whole process.
I was really impressed with the level of service I received and want to call out Mr Wallace’s secretary who is brilliant. I phoned the clinic with a query on a Friday, when Mr Wallace was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, and Debbie arranged an appointment with a covering consultant the following Monday. This led to my issue being resolved promptly and professionally; Mr Wallace was kept up to date on the situation and provided me with full and impeccable aftercare.
I cannot thank Mr Wallace and his team enough for what they have done for me; I am over the moon with my procedure results and the experience I have had and would fully recommend to anyone looking for a breast augmentation.
