In the last year I have had inpatient & outpatient care. I have been very happy with all aspects of my care. All the staff are professional but friendly and I am very grateful that I have this hospital close by for my treatment.

The staff have been fabulous whilst I have been receiving treatment and my ongoing care here at The BMI Alexandra. The hospital is kept clean throughout. I only spent a day in the hospital but as it was more like staying in a 5* hotel as the staff from reception, porters, catering staff, nurses and consultant make you feel special and at ease. I would/have recommended to family and friends.

The BMI Alexandra Hospital is a fabulous facility. The staff are efficient, effective and caring across all areas I have come into contact with from reception to consultants and porters. Appointments are made quickly and reminders sent. The facilities are very good, clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hospital.

apart from being asked to come in 4 hrs early by a member of staff of which i have still had no response saying the surgeon had moved his appointments , the care was great the room was great and the food was ok also , i dont do hospital much but if i needed to go again then this would be my choice and i feel that dr thomas satyadas has fixed me up good and proper eh rodders , lol thanks to every one for taking care of me apart from one incompetant member of staff for bringing me in 4 hrs early , but i suppose good things come to those that wait and you get what you pay for , thanks again

I attended as a day case for carpal tunnel surgery performed by Miss Laden Hajipour. The hospital staff and Miss Hajipour's team in the operating theatre looked after me extremely well. Miss Hajipour, her team and the hospital staff were friendly, helpful and supportive during my stay. It was lovely to experience everyone smiling, it certainly helps patients who are facing surgery. The Alexandra has a good standard of cleanliness and the food was good. Everyone was very kind and considerate. I would highly recommend the Alexandra Hospital.

This is the second time I have had treatment at this hospital and I have to say the standard of hygiene, attention to detail, organization, and personal attention is second to none. By having been so impressed with his hospital previously this was my first point of contact you find a surgeon I needed for my procedure. I am so delighted to say that my choice was excellent, I found a great surgeon Mr Gary Ross, and the standards well exceeded my expectations. It wasn't just the care I received from the very attentive nursing team on the Richmond ward, it was the whole experience, pre-op, appointment schedules, even the door man opening the car door on leaving and then when home receiving a get well note and some magazine directly from the Alexandra. If I ever chose to have surgery again this would be the first place I would look for advice and indeed I would recommend any one else to do the same.
