Now had both eyes done by Mt Toor - an exceptional surgeon and a lovely human being. I felt privileged to be treated by him.
Suggested improvements
Fron nursses to theatre staff - NOTHING could have been done better. a brilliant service, Thank you.

The nurse Dianne was very kind and listened and helped me when I wasn’t feeling well she has tried to help me get appointments at Warwick.
Suggested improvements
I would like my appointments to be at my nearest hospital. It would be better if things were run for patient benefit and not admin.

The nurse that took my {} Diane was very considerate and helpful. I felt very at ease and well treated.
{} was extremely explaining on my condition and took the time I needed to understand my diagnosis that went the mile the care and consideration.
