Station Medical Centre

Arrived 10 mins before appointment, directed to waiting area and within couple of minutes of sitting down was called in for scan. Very polite radiologist, whole process ran smoothly.

Easy to access, comfortable facility, helpful efficient and courteous staff. Generally very good experience.

Appointment was on time and the member of staff was very pleasant and efficient. Easy to park at the station medical centre. Checking in was busy but queue moved quickly.

I was seen before my appt time. The staff were efficient, very friendly and dealt with me in a timely manner. I cannot fault the service in how I have been dealt with for all of my appointments at Wye Valley.

The ladies in the department were struggling with a tech.outage but I was impressed.by.their friendly care and attention to detail despite this.

Because it was easy to park and no charge. All staff very friendly but professional at all times. Appointment went as scheduled, my nurse, like everyone I met, needs to be looked after. Their are a tremendous credit to the NHS.
