1. Markings on the wards-comdoes made it check where to go i.e. blue tape.
2. Explanations were clear.
3. Staff were professional and efficient friendly they did not rush to procedure but allowed me time to stop if necessary before carrying on. The procedure can be painful due to crarping sessaes but allowing the to take respect meant I felt in control and could breathe to relax muscles.
