Very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism, plus consideration and friendliness of all the clinical staff. Colonoscopy is not a nice procedure but they made it as easy and comfortable as possible. Good communication especially with the Endoscopist explaining the findings to me afterwards. I was also impressed by being given a copy of the report and that it had been emailed to my GP before I even left recovery. However I was not impressed with the amount of time I (and others) were kept waiting around. Keeping a diabetic sitting around for 2 hours waiting for colonoscopy is not very clever. Also the hospital is far too hot; all the patients were complaining how hot it was, even after we had opened a window!
