Nurses and other medical staff very reassuring, friendly and professional.
(However, I have to say I was upset when the receptionist wrote 1:53 by my arrival appt time 1:45 as I had just spent ages going around, and round the car park looking for a parking space and the we all had to queue to register our arrival.)
