Everyone in the team, from reception staff, to the nurses and theatre assistants, surgeon/consultant and recovery team were kind and caring.
I found the service efficient and well run. Every step of the process was well explained and everyone ensured that the explanations were clearly communicated.
Thanks to Prof Brian Saunders, Angad Dhillon, Screening practitioners Aurelia Wawszczak and Sindu Nair, and everyone whose names I've omitted, for your patience and care.
