Everyone was so friendly and professional.
I can find nothing wrong with the way I was treated.
Love was first class.
I can't think how any improvements could be made.

Pleased to know I was told exactly what would be happening ahead of time, which helped greatly to reduce my anxiety.
It was also great to know I was informed of outcome today, which was so reassuring to know.

Maggie, Jayne, Nellie were extremely caring and totally professional. I was nervous and in two minds for either sedation or entonox, I opted for entonox and was completely reassured by them all.
In the ward, everyone was very attentive and caring.
