The nurses all took time to explain the procedure.
Made you feel comfortable even though it was an uncomfortable procedure.
During the procedure they all took good care and were very reassuring.

Long wait (appt for 10.15, didn't have procedure till 12.15). Everyone very nice, it was almost considering! But I was relaxed and no complaints.

Care is always amazing here! Only 1 minor issue was waiting time as we come a long way, but obviously this cannot always be controlled or planned. Tea great, biscuits great, thanks heaps and see you again soon!
