I was very impressed with all the staff today.
It was a shock, well oiled process from start to finish and everyone was great. First class.
They even laughed at my poor jokes.
Well done all. Very impressed indeed.

All the nurses I saw today were very professional, caring and communicated appropriately with me about my procedures.
They all worked well together.
They showed compassion and reassured me.

From initial check-in at reception desk to leaving the hospital everything went smoothly. All was explained at each phase. Staff here very polite and informative and very caring.
