Lovely lady, excellent treatment and very calm environment. However, I was told I would be sent an exercise sheet, but so far I’ve not received it (4 days).

Staff very friendly and efficient. Parking is difficult at St Marks. Seems as if construction work in carpark is very slow.

Make it easier to find a parking space near the physiotherapy department.

Because the person was so focused and thorough in his knowledge , and made sure that we understood what we should be doing . This person enjoyed his work and helped us to enjoy it as well ,he will go far in his career and he is the sort of people we need .

Nothing , it is a great idea to help people get their confidence back .

As always on my visits for treatment I have had great service

Stop service vans parking in tge very limited parking area, which is reserved for Physiotherapy Patients. They either park in the bays, or park so that Patients cannot park in the bays.

As my husband is now bed bound or in a wheelchair for short periods, the podiatrist visits us at home. She has always been extremely kind, efficient and patient.

Can’t think of anything
