Being deaf I was left in isolation all day not being able to understand what was been said and given tablets and would have to be supervised as often got lost in the bed and no body checked I had actually taken them

The senior audiologist was caring, friendly and exercised the patience and love required for my 83 year old Dad.
He was so very happy with his visit and that the issues had with hearing aid was resolved by Ms [name removed].

Great keep going, and may require additional staff to see more elderly patients.
