Excellent consultation - I felt listened to and involved, and had plenty of time for a full, holistic assessment of my foot problem. Outcome so far very good, I await orthotics and follow up in due course

Good overall treatment and care from the person I had my appointment with ([name removed]). [name removed] communicated well and told me what she was doing and what the next steps are. I also received the email containing information on my condition from her.

The issues..... My appointment was with the Hearing and Balance department. To get to the room I had to go down a very short corridor with twists in it and a ramp. This really isn't suitable for anyone who has a balance issue and certainly not suitable for anyone in a wheelchair or someone who is pushing a wheelchair. FHFT must urgently review this and do better.

I am my husband’s carer & he is house bound & unable to walk. The Podiatry team were fantastic & sorted his problem & also checked to ensure there were no other issues with his feet. Very grateful for the service & care he received.

Every single person was professional and courteous. They worked as a team and seemed very happy and fulfilled in their respective jobs.

I was impressed. With everyone. I think we are blessed to have such a wonderful service available . St marks itself is amazing and the ARC is wonderful. As an elderly lady who unfortunately had a fall two years back and a further fall earlier this year. I would like to see their services extended to people much younger who would benefit from the thorough medical MOT I received as I feel it would detect health problem that could be dealt with sooner rather than later. Advice could be given to ensure patients could take responsibility for their own health and well-being. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to each and everyone of the team.

Very pleased to be offered NHS physiotherapy after a shoulder injury. Now doing the weekly shoulder exercise clinic, which is excellent and really helping with healing and mobility.
